REFUNDS

If unfortunately, you are unhappy with your purchase(s), then please get in touch with us. Our customer's happiness is one of our highest priorities and we always take every measure to make sure your purchase brings you and your furry companion joy.

If your purchase(s) were damaged in transit, you received the wrong item or incorrect product,  we will happily replace it. Please let us know 48 hours of receiving your order so we can rectify the matter quickly for you.

Due to the customized nature of our business and products, we cannot accept returns on non-damaged, customized pieces.  All of our products are created especially for you.  We do not mass produce any of our products... they go into production after your order is placed which is why we can only accept returns and provide a replacement for damaged goods.  If you want a refund, we are happy to do that for you.  Please allow up to just 30 days for your refund to go to your account.  

Rest assured, we have the highest level of quality assurance.  Each and every order is personally reviewed and placed manually to ensure your complete satisfaction.  If there is an issue with the quality of the product, we will replace or provide a refund once the return has been received.   We have a 5-Star rating from our satisfied customers because of our impeccable service and product line. 

If you have changed your mind regarding your order, you can cancel your order IMMEDIATELY. If several hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion, if the order has not gone into production.  We begin working on your piece(s) soon after you place your order.

Please follow our Photo Guide when choosing the best image to submit with your order.  If your image does not meet those minimum guidelines, we cannot guarantee the quality of your final art piece. Please choose an image that is high-quality and resolution.  Low resolution and quality images will result in low-quality artwork. 

We want to create a piece for you that will be of the highest quality so we ask that you provide us with the best image possible.  If we begin our work on your image and find that it is not giving us the results that meet our high standards, we will email you asking for an image of better quality. IF WE DO NOT HEAR BACK WITHIN 48 HOURS, WE WILL CREATE YOUR PIECE USING THE IMAGE WE DID RECEIVE.  PLEASE ADD YOUR POSH PET TO YOUR CONTACTS AND/OR CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.

The examples you see on our site were created from high-resolution, high-quality images. We have found that using Portrait Mode on your phone gives a nice quality photo for our designers to work with.  And finally, make sure the lens on your phone or camera is clean.   

Due to the customized nature of all of the products we produce at Your Posh Pet, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Your artwork is carefully designed by our artists and is fully personalized for you and your pet.
