Frequently Asked Questions:
- How long will my order take to ship? Each product has a different production time. Most items will ship between 3 to 5 days of order submission.
- I have ordered several items, will they all come in the same shipment? We use several production companies for our unique store, so depending on what items you have ordered, yes and no. It varies by item. You may receive several different shipments depending on what items you buy but we promise... you will be happy with your order no matter what!
- I received my order and it was damaged, what can I do? Contact us through our Contact Us form and we will initiate a replacement immediately. While we don't anticipate any problems with our items, things happen and our customer's 100% satisfaction is our utmost priority
**We will be adding products soon which will contain images of your pet! Stay tuned! The following question applies to those exciting products:
- Do I get to see my pet's image before it is printed on my items? Yes! We will send you a PROOF to approve or to request any design changes prior to us printing on your products. We offer unlimited design changes...we are cool like that! We want you to be happy, happy, happy! Please make sure that you add support@yourposhpet.freshdesk.com to your email contacts. If you do not see our email, be sure to check your SPAM folder. We will wait 24 hours for your response. If we do NOT receive a response, our design team will put your image through quality control and then it will be printed. We do not want to hold up your order for too long.
- Can I submit a picture with more than one animal? Absolutely! There is NO extra charge as long as they are in one image.
